Question

Opening and closing very difficult, crank handle stripped, have to use vise grips to open. Saw to parts broken, black plastic part that fits into channel at bottom below the right corner of the window. It slides in the channel. Other part is whit plastic latch on left side of window. Looks like what the window latching mechanism grabs.

Need new crank handle
Black slide

The white plastic part looks like it may be a tie bar guide like our 39-448. As for the black piece, I believe that is part of your window hinge. The black guide itself is not sold on its own but you should be able to use our 36-048 hinge set to repair your window. Take a look and please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
