Milgard Casement window, vinyl

Question

The operator doesn't close the windows completely, stays one inch open
the wheels are not lined up anymore.
I am a second owner without warranty service from Milgard.
I need two left (from outside) operators.
Do you also have installation instructions.

Hello, Andreas. We have two operators that may replace your original. It will depend on how the arm on your operator connects to the track of the sash, which is a detail that is obscured in your photos.

See our 39-253LB and 39-438B. If you aren't sure which one is best, you'll have to remove the original from the window and show us a photo of it without obstruction.

In both cases, you'll also need a 39-375 cover/handle combo.
