Milgard Sash Balancer and Bottom Round Seal circa 2000

A handy person from Jonesborough, TN says:
I have a Milgard window Installed approx. 2000, Single Hung, Bottom tilt out, w/internal grid. Width is 25 13/16" clear glass. The Right and Left hand Balancers no longer work and am looking for replacements. There are 6 Milgard windows in the house and only one has this problem.
All 6 have the round bottom seal that has detached and are only attached on the 2 sides.

Hello,

Unfortunately, your old-style crossbow balances are no longer available but take a look at the conversion video below that goes over replacing your balance hardware with the S795 channel balances.

If you're looking for new weatherstripping as well, we would need to see a side profile photo of the seal removed from the window, along with dimensions to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
