Milgard Sliding Patio Door Mortise Lock

Question

Hello,
Can you please tell me what mortise lock, I need including the model number? One hook will not work when you move latch, only moves by hand.
I believe it's a Millard sliding door. Because of the logo on the handle.
However, there is not a cover plate around the mortise lock either on frame.

Hello,

We can't be sure with the mortise lock still installed, but the 82-268B would be a good place to start. This assembly is commonly used with the 82-080 handle set. Review the specifications below compared to your assembly. Thanks for posting.
