Milgard Vertical Window w/out Tilt

Hello,

Can you please let me know which milgard channel balancer part # this is? The balancer is 1/2 in wide. It's 27 15/16 lengthwise from end to end.

This looks like either an S380-28 or S385-28, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. Let me know if you have any further questions.
