Thanks for posting. Your balances look a lot like our S380-20 or S385-20 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware and see what matches best. Your stamp code of 19-9 is from an older rating system we do not use. To know what stamp option to pick, we advise that you weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the stamp options listed on the product page.
