Milgard Window Channel Balancer \ Pivot shoe \ Lock part numbers needed

Your channel balances resembles the S795-26 (26B) except that yours uses a hook like the 15-198. We can supply these balances with the hook attached but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two.

I would also recommend removing your t-lock shoe from the window to confirm that it matches the width of the 15-195 shown below. Thank you!

Those parts would replace all of the balance hardware but I can't determine if there are any other damaged parts in your window. You would need to take an inventory to see if you come across any other parts in need of repair.
