Thanks for writing in! Your window operator reminds me of the 39-239B Encore Awning Operator (the stainless steel version is the 39-239C). This operator uses the 39-539 Truth Hardware Pivot Slide Assembly which slides in the 39-556 Maxim Awning Stainless Steel Track.

Both operators use the 39-375 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover.

It appears you may be missing a pin or plunger in the screen. Start with taking a look at the 70-008 and 70-009 Screen Plunger Pin latches to determine if either of these might be what you need. Their dimensions can be found on the website. Our entire selection of pins can be viewed here.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the window hinge, if needed. I'll just need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the side of the window sill.
