Milgard awning window-operator is no longer attached

Question

Operator is no longer attached to window.  Both arms of operator are individual and not attached to window.  I don't know where on the window each arm are supposed to be attached.  Please provide dual operator needed and what other parts are needed.  Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! Your awning operator can be replaced with the 39-239C SS Encore Awning Operator. The piece at the end of the arm is the 39-536 Truth Hardware Pivot Slide Assembly, which is sold separately. These look to be an exact match for what you have, but be sure to compare the dimensions.
