Milgard awning windows

The brackets and arms that hold the window in its frame have broken. The window can no longer be opened without the window falling out. I haven't been able to take the window out to remove the hardware. I need another person to help. I took photos of the window in place and measured the brackets/arms to the best of my ability. Once I have the hardware it will be easier to get someone to help me.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your awning operator resembles the 39-239B that is also available in the 39-239C stainless steel version. Please review the overall style and dimensions to confirm a good fit. For a new cover, review the 39-375.

Unfortunately we do not carry this exact sized hinge assembly. The best we are able to provide is the 36-004-14 29- bar hinge hinge. We believe these hinges have a chance of working for your window even though they are not as long as your originals. Take a look at the overall style and dimensions to see what you think! Both sides of the hinge will need to be replaced at the same time.
