Milgard channel balancer replacement part

Question

21" channel balance for Milguard non-tilt window. The string of one of the balancer broke. I would like to replace both of them.

I replaced one of the similar window channel balancers before.

Hello there!

We appreciate your patience during this busy summer. I recommend our S380-21 or S385-21 channel balance, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You will also need the 2050 strength option, based on your 20 5 stamp.
