Milgard, double hung, sash and balance replacement parts needed

I have an old Milgard double hung tilt window, the balance itself measures 26" with channel being 5/16". The bottom window is 28" h x 48" w, and 25 lbs. The pivot shoe is 1 3/16" w X 2" long x 5/8" deep (1/2").
Do I get the 28" S770, 28D option with the pivot shoe 9/16" 15-129?

Thanks for posting! Yes, while your old balance isn't made anymore, our Series 770 is the best modern replacement we have. As for the shoe, it's hard to tell for sure. At first glance, it looks similar in style to our 15-210. I think this may be a closer match. Look it over and let me know what you think.
