Hello!
I have removed a broken lock from our Milgard patio sliding glass door.
I have uploaded the pictures of the lock. The distance from one screw hole to
another is little less than 5 inches. It is made in New Zealand.
Also original handle picture is uploaded. I believe it is very similar to
Swisco part # 82-080.
Any Suggestion that above handle can be matched with part # 82-238?

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. Take a look at our 82-080 handle set with 4-15/16" hole center spacing and compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches what you need.
As for the mortise lock, we don't have an exact match for it but it is similar in design to our 82-268B. I wonder if ours is a more modern version of your old part. Either way, look it over and let me know what you think. I think this is our best match, even if I cannot guarantee that it will work.
