Milgard single hung double window

Right side of the window channel balance failed tonight. Once I got the part out I observed that the interior cord had parted. Looking for replacement.

Thanks for posting. I believe you have either our S380-21 or S385-21, depending on the size of the bottom shoe. See what you think.

Thanks for the reply and the links. Based on the bottom shoe measurement I just did, it appears to be the S385-21.

I am going to order 2 right now.
