Thanks for posting! I believe the 82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set should work to replace the existing set. Although, to determine if it will be compatible with the mortise lock, you'll need to be sure to compare the shape of the latch lever.

The mortise locks are sold separately from the handle sets. If you are in need of a replacement for yours, I suggest reviewing and comparing the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. In the event that it is a fit for the door, you'll need the 82-249 keeper as well.
