Milgard sliding glass door locking mechanism, not key type

Question

The distance between the mounting screws is 11". I operated the one deformed actuator and both arms extended as show in picture 368. There is one lever that operates both evidently. I would like to get a new unit if that is possible.

Take a look at our 82-265. Look it over carefully and see if you think this matches up.
