Milgard sliding glass door locking mechanism, not key type

A home owner from Richland, Washington says:
The distance between the mounting screws is 11". I operated the one deformed actuator and both arms extended as show in picture 368. There is one lever that operates both evidently. I would like to get a new unit if that is possible.
