Milgard window balancer

Hi there, I need to replace 4x balancers on 2 of my old Milgard windows. Please help me find the replacement part.

Greetings from Swisco. Your balance closely resembles both our S380-21 and S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth measurement of the bottom shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385, is 1-3/32". You will need to measure your bottom shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which balance is most compatible with yours. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2030 option.
