Question

Attached are photo of the parts that we need:

Qty (4) 3250 balancers (metal length is 32 7/8" width is 5/8"

Qty (4) 2640 balancers (metal length is 26 7/8" width is 5/8"

Qty (10) sash shoes

Qty (2) steel clips used to hold the balancers in place during installation.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3250 spring strength options for your 33" and 2640 options for your 27" replacement balances.

For your Top Sash Guide, we've seen this one before and have never been able to find an exact match. We suspect our 18-009 might be your best bet, but review the dimensions below and see how they compare to your guide.
