hi i am hoping to find this parts to replace on this Millgard windows, owner says they where installed about 11 years ago.
we need all of the hardware parts shown on the photo. lets try with one and if it works then we have a lot more windows to do.

The window operator looks like it matches either our 39-253RB or 39-439B depending on the guide that's used at the end of the operator's arm. I recommend watching the video below which will detail exactly what I mean. These parts are also compatible with the 39-376 and 39-452 covers and handles if you needed that.
I'm not too sure about the tie bar and casement lock, however. Could you show us a full and head-on view of the tie bar? And can you confirm its length? There's a chance we may not have a match but we'll try our best. As for the casement lock, we would need to see a clearer photo of it to compare to our inventory.
