Milguard Channel Balance

Looking for assistance in ordering the correct replacement parts for Milgard channel balances. They measure 21" in length and the stamp says 20 3 JV CMC 2.

And advice would be great.

Hi there, Emily.

It's tough to get a good look at the top and bottom fittings from these photos. Are they both winged? If so, my recommendation would be either the S380-21 or S385-21 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. I also recommend the 2030 strength option.
