Its a bit difficult to see the part you have but it looks like it could be the 39-529, which is typically used with the 39-253LB and 39-253RB however it is hard tell if the part is broken, so I cannot confirm with absolute certainty. In regard to the hinges, I recommend starting with reviewing the 36-004-14. Since your base appears to be quite long, I recommend starting with comparing the dimensions from your hinge to those shown on the diagram below to determine if this might be the best fit.
