Thanks for reaching out to us. Did you need just the handle, or the entire operator? If you need just the handle, please remove it from the operator and measure the hole, then let me know what it is. I would also like you to remove the cover and show me a photo of the operator base without it, to ensure that anything we supply will be compatible.

If you need the whole operator assembly, then I need to see a clear photo of it removed from the window entirely.

Thanks! This appears to be a match for our 39-239C operator. We also sell the 39-375 cover/handle kit, which is fully compatible with this base style. Look these parts over and see what you think!

Hello Tom,
I've been looking all over for someone to help out with an issue I'm having with that crank mechanism.  Basically I have the exact same handle that broke off after attempting to open the window .  The mechanism of the "operator" appears stuck.  The lock on the side of the window is unlocked, when pushing on window, I feel it moving freely besides being held by the operator.  Trying to turn the handle or even the gear after the handle broke off doesn't do anything.  Just wondering how to get the window open if I can't access the screws to remove and replace the operator.  Picture was taken before handle had broken off .  We have a similar window next to it which works smoothly

thanks

If your operator is stripped out and won't open the window, then you'll need to open it by physically pushing the window out. There's no trick to it, unfortunately.
