Missing Door Hardware - 1970s or 1980s vintage door

Hi! We purchased a home without a door handle for our sliding patio door. I've got some measurements of the different holes that I've uploaded to this post - there's not a ton of markings on it, but it does have the text AAMA Sponsored in the door jam. Is there any chance you can help identify it or have it in stock?

The best option we can provide is seeing if you could adapt a surface mounted handle set like the 82-005 to your door. This handle set has a 4-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center and may require drilling new holes. Please review the video below and let us know what you think!
