Missing Side Channels from Viking window

I have a Viking window, the type that uses side channels. Both channel balances are missing. Anything I can do to get right balances for this window?

The top sash guide for your Viking window resembles our black 18-009. Most Viking windows use our Series 395 channel balance, which comes with our 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom shoe. Do you an identical window somewhere else in the house you can use to confirm? If not, we will need the weight and height of the sash, as well as the height of the the visible glass.

Weight = 7 lbs
Height = 29 13/16"
Width = 21 13/16"
Side channel width = 11/16"

Glass height = 27 1/4"
Glass width = 19 1/4"
