The window in my home doesn't go up because when I removed sash I found out theyre missing. That is some of the remains label and I'm hoping you can help identify the channel balances.

Hi there,

We'd be happy to help you find your replacement balances. To get started, do you have a window that is the same model and size as this one? If so, you can remove your balance and send us some pictures so that we can match you up with a replacement. Thank you!

A quick learner from Pico Rivera CA says:
Ugh, yes I do have that window in another restroom. I'm having problems with the side clips, they're stuck
What can I do to pull them up, I don't want to break them.

A quick learner from Pico Rivera CA says:
The problem is the side clips. I had no problems with the window that needs the part. This window is the same and I have no issues with it but we're trying to identify the part and I can't pull up the clips, I don't want to break it. I hope the photos help

Ah, I recognize this. This is a take out clip used to help channel balances release from the window. Our 16-002 should be a match. As for why you can't pull them out, they could be bent inside, rendering them more or less useless. These actually cannot be removed without breaking them. Just be careful, as you don't want to damage the frame.
