Missing door lock

Question

I believe that the part I need but not 100% sure is 82-218 and possibly an 82-106 with is the lever. We bought the house with the assembly missing so I have no key nor nothing to compare it to. Can you please help me and advise to what I may need to buy.

We can't be positive without seeing the original assembly but I agree that your cutout looks like it may match the 82-218 mortise lock, depending on how the dimensions below compare to the door's specifications.

Your handle set resembles the 82-086 with 3-15/16" hole spacing. Unforutnately, the thumb latch used with this assembly is not currently available separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
