Missing oart

The piece to hold the sash window sash balance take out clips fell into the frame.  Where can I get the replacement?

We do carry the 16-002 take-out clip but, unfortunately, we do not carry a window insert like the one in your photo that holds the clip in place. We apologize for the inconvenience.
