Missing operator

A landlord from Fargo ND says:
Hi, I have a few Alcoa casement windows and one of the operators is missing and one of the locks is broken. Do you happen to have these parts? Thanks Jim

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I do not believe that operator is available anymore. I have not seen it in years. One option would be to use something like our 39-317 or 39-171 (or even others, depending on what size gear arm you need). You will need to drill out link on both the new and old operators, and then attach the die cast bracket to the new operator. You might need to get the help of a professional.

As for the lock, see our 38-036. This may be a good replacement option.
