Missing part

A home owner from Lakeland, FL says:
Hello - I seem to be missing a part on one of my windows. It appears to be a small white plastic guide. One of the attached pictures shows it on an adjacent window and the other shows holes where it apparently fits. The opposite side of each window has a long covered guide that I believe hides a spring assist. Please identify and tell me what to order. Thank you for this service.

Hello,

It seems like you need a top sash guide. You can view our selection here. To identify the correct replacement, we'd need to see an undamaged guide removed from the window with dimensions. Thank you!

A home owner from Lakeland, FL says:
Hello again. I am attaching 3 pictures on an undamaged guide on a measuring tape. Please advise what item I should purchase.
I also found that the window is missing one of the channel balances. I am attaching 2 pictures showing the ends of an adjacent guide. The guide is labeled 2830 1SB lb or 2830 158 lb. The metal portion is 29 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and 5/8 inch deep. Again, please advise what item I should purchase.
Thank you for your help.

Thanks for getting back to us. For your Top Sash Guide, see our 18-161. For your channel balances, see either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old balance and see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2830. Be sure to double-check that the specifications and dimensions for all these products match your old parts. Let us know if you have any questions.
