Missing parts in this 1968 mobile home patio door

Question

I have not been able to identify the hardware for this door. Ideally we need a Exterior key lock. Im ok with existing handles.

This is a very, very old handle set. I doubt you'll find an exact match for it anywhere.

My advice is to recommend a new surface-mount handle set. These are nice because they have their own independent latch mechanism, meaning they don't have to interact with anything inside the door itself. See our 82-005 for an example, and the video below for how it works.
