Missing screw/bolt in tubelite door bottom pivot

A quick learner from Mishawaka, IN says:
Tubelite entry door with pivot hinge system, approx 15 years old. Door is scraping bottom as it opens. It appears the bottom right (as you look at the doors from the outside) pivot is missing the screw/bolt. I can lift the door a bit , since the screw is missing. I included pictures of the pivot with the missing screw/bolt as well as the other bottom pivot which does not have a missing part. I have also included a picture of the scrape that the door has caused over time on the threshold. Looking for advice o. Repair or replacement of the pivot. Possible to purchase just the screw for the pivot?

Thank you for your patience in this matter. Take a look at our 79-127 pivot set, along with the related video. I have used this in the past on Tubelite doors and believed it worked fine without having too much trouble installing.
