Missing and broken parts

A home owner from Ambler, PA says:
Dear Sir or Madam,

Attached are photos of my windows. The single vinyl window on the right falls out of the tracks when I raise it. The part shown installed on the left side of this window simply falls out. I believe the plastic piece at the bottom is broken and the piece at the top is missing a piece To hold onto the metal base. The similar part on the right side of the window is missing in its entirety.. The window is probably about 20-30 years old. Brand unknown. There are no markings on the window or parts..

The metal base is 9/16" W. X 23" H (excluding the broken plastic pieces)

Based on your photos, it looks like your old balance is simply worn out. The replacement I recommend is our S351-23. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-002 bottom, so as long as those match up I think it will work well.
