Monarch window crank gear stripped

A handy person from Alpharetta, Georgia says:
We have confirmed an issue with the crank on a monarch window as being the outside most gear as having small section of it stripped to wear when the crank is being operated it reaches a point where it slips and the gears are no longer locked together

Hello, thank you for posting,

If the gear is stripped, a full replacement operator mechanism will be needed. To further review, we will need to see pictures of the window open where we can see a bird's eye view of the arm attachment(s). Thank you!

A handy person from Alpharetta, Georgia says:
We tried ordering a replacement crank but it was the wrong one. Under the gun to meet due diligence before closing. Can you determine the part number for the crank mechanism?

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 operators to see how they compare. The main difference between these two styles is the length of the short link arm. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
