Mortace lock - brass not unlocking

Already removed lock from door... prior to knowing about this site. Need to rellace this lock on my slider door. It is at least 5-8 years old. Maybe closer to 10 & stopped unlocking sobi need to replace it. Please help!

Hello there. I believe the mortise lock might be the 82-265, depending on the size of the faceplate. For a keeper, see the 82-249. Let me know if you have questions.
