I purchased your latch Item # 82-239 as almost all the measurements seem to match, however the keeper plate has a 12" span and does not screw to your latch. Please help, I really need to find a replacement!

Hi there!

I'd say your mortise lock resembles our 82-265. Carefully look over our dimensions and compare them to your original hardware to see how they match up.

Thanks for the reply, how about the holes for the plate to mount, what are those dImensions?

They measure 5-11/16".
