Mortise Lock

Need to replace double hook mortise lock on my sliding patio door. Picture of existing hardware attached. Also sent two pictures of the stickers on the door. Can't figure out the door manufacturer but I'm hoping you might be able to? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting. To start, see our 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. Carefully compare the dimensions listed on the product page to your old mortise lock, and let us know if you think this will work for you.
