A home owner from USA says:
Looks like the installation holes are just under 9-1/2"....the plate measures around 11-3/8"

This looks a lot like our 82-260. Check it out and let me know if you agree.

A home owner from USA says:
This is the one that I ordered and it doesnt fit. I have already gone back and forth with your team trying to find the correct one. Though it connects to the door, it seems where the hooks come down to clasp are spread too far apart so they dont fall into the holes. So I either need a new part that is what connects to the door frame or a mortise lock that has the hooks closer together.

Thanks for clarifying. I didn't realize you had spoken to us before. If the only issue is that the hooks won't attach to your keeper, then getting a new keeper should solve that pretty easily. See our 82-249, which is designed to be used with the 82-260 mortise lock.

A home owner from USA says:
This matches the lock i bought but does not match the depth of my existing keeper (top) so when my door shuts it is too shallow. Need spacer similar to whats on my existing keeper (white plastic) to double the thickness.

There are two very easy solutions to that. The first is that you could adjust the hooks on the new mortise to stick out further. This can be done by adjusting the screws next to each hook.

Another solution is to pack the keeper out with, say, washers. Really anything you can get behind there that would give it a little more depth.

Washers worked, thanks!
