Mortise Lock

I'm looking for help identifying this piece for replacement. It's a 9 7/8" single point mortise lock for a sliding door.

Thanks for posting! Your patio mortise lock appears to be missing it's faceplate. That said, I believe yours can be replaced with the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. Take a look over the dimensions and design to confirm.

This lock is compatible with the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper.
