Mortise Lock Issues

Hi I am having issues with door handle not locking and the top lock staying stuck.

Hey there. Remove the handle set and try manually 'throwing' the mortise lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge or just works poorly still, you know you need a new mortise lock. See if the 82-265 matches what you got. It works with the 82-249 keeper. In case your handle set is damaged, see the 82-086.
