Mortise Lock multi point

Hello and Help please. I got a replacement door from Alside and
the lock mechanism was not included and they are failing to provide one.
Hopefully from my photos you can determine if you have 100% compatible replacements.
I cannot tell from your site how the "sizes" are measured/determined. The parts are removed. No photos of them installed. When the issue occurs, the mechanism hooks in the locked closed position there is no way to open the door to access the mechanism at that point. There is NO sensing closure button to engage the door frame.
