Mortise lock key lock recommendation

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing, which is compatible with the 82-310 key lock that is sold separately.

As for your mortise lock, see how the dimensions of the 82-260 compare to yours. Note that this mortise is compatible with the 82-249 keeper. Thank you!

Hello Casey,
If my handle set matches 82-030 specs and if my mortise lock compares to 82-260, then is the recommended handle lock set 82-086?

I would not recommend the 82-086 handle set for your repair since your thumb latch appears to be centered on the handle base, while the 82-086 has an offset latch that can't be adjusted.

As long as the dimensions match up to yours, the 82-030 and 82-260 can be used together.
