Mortise lock with face plate

Question

11" center to center on the mounting holes, 3/4" wide 11 3/4" overall length
Anti slam button
Hooks move toward center
the actuator is only moving one of the two latch parts and the lever does not go as far as it used to?
I need a replacement.

Hi, Ken. This looks very similar to our 82-265, but look it over and let me know what you think.
