Mortise or lock teplacement

Hello,
looking to have this lock replaced as it sends to be wore out and not staying locked. Any help you can provide is appreciated. This is at a property I'm not always at do if I need to provide further info it may take a day or so. Thank you

Thanks for posting! This door handle is a match for the 82-005 Surface Mount Sliding Door Handle Assembly. To convert this to a keyed lock, you'll also need the 82-306 Keyed Exterior Sliding Door Pull.

To confirm that these are what you need for the repair, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
