Mortise and maybe handle and lock

The mortise on my sliding glass door would work sometimes and actually locked in a closed position for awhile. Finally got it to open and now need to replace.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 82-265 shown below to your mortise lock, which is used with the 82-249 keeper. We also offer the 82-086 handle set if you'd like to replace all of the necessary hardware. Thanks for posting!
