Mortised hook latch

Question

I need to order two (2) mortised hook latches to fit the attached keeper. Can you determine if I need the 82-239 of the 82-265 based on this keeper (and thumb turn)

Your keeper is similar to our 82-249, which is compatible with both mortise locks you picked out. The 82-239 and the 82-265 both have the same latch, the only difference is the style of the face plate they come with, which can just be removed.
