Mounting Bracket 16-024 ?

How exactly is that used in assembelly. As my coil broke and did not notice how it was connected to coil .please advise could not find video.

The 16-024 bracket hooks to the top of the frame, and the two holes at the end of the coil spring hook onto its tabs. See the diagram below.
