Multi Point sliding door Mortise Latch

We are in need of a replacement Multi Point Sliding Door Mortise Latch. Our top latch broke off and all we have for reference are the stickers I attached photos of.

Can someone help us find the correct part that we need? I am happy to provide additional photos of the existing latch if needed.

Thanks for posting! I recommend looking at our 82-265 to start out with. This looks very close to what you show in your photos. Just carefully review the dimensions we have for this part and let me know if they differ in any way.
