Multi-point mortise

Question

Hello,
I recently purchased the 82-239 mortise lock but it didn't line up.

The main issues:
1. On the 82-239 there are no holes in the new lock to attach the old white face plate. See attached photo of holes in the old lock and face plate (Circled).

2. The throw on the new latches don't see as deep.

From what I see on your website I don't see anything that would work. But just wanted to check with you.

Sorry to hear the 82-239 didn't work for you; you can review our Return Policy here. We've seen this before where older face plates can't attach to this mortise lock. Take a look at the 82-265 instead; this is the exact same mechanism but with a face plate built-in. Go over the dimensions to see if this could work for you. Finally you may need to replace the keeper as well with our 82-249; we've found this is better at catching the throw of the new mortise. You also could try shimming the keeper out.
