My lock is from a Lowe's sliding glass patio door. It is a MULTI-POINT MORTISE LOCK , very similar to your Product Code: 82-239 (but on mine the face plate is separate. The difference is that mine has a 5 1/4" gap between the closest edges of the hooks, while your description for 82-239 shows a 5 11/16" gap. The face plate on mine is separate, and the screw holes for mounting the face plate are 3 1/8" apart. The distance from where the flat shaft turns the lock to the closest edge is 4 inches in one direction, and 5 1/2" in the other (82-239 shows two slots for the shaft, mine has only one. The other measurements shown in your description are the same. The keeper though, is quite different, with four screw holes and two lock holes only (seen in photos). It does not need replacement.
