Thank you for sending us all of your images, Gordon; we were able to identity each of your balance replacements.

You've stated all of your balance attachments are the same. We have identified your Top Balance Shoe as the 19-002 and your Bottom Shoe as the 15-002. This combination is our Series 351 Channel Balance.

Two Questions
1. Why are some balance attachments of different lengths?

2. What is the cost going to be?

Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Gordon,

It's not the balance attachments that are different lengths, it is the channel portion of the balance that is different lengths.

Once you go to the product pages you can see the price of each balance.

Your order total (including shipping) can be calculated before you checkout.
A quick learner from Melrose, FL says:
Here are the lengths you asked for.
Window Lengths (metal portion)
#1- 23
#2- 24
#3-24
#4-24
#5-24
#6-23 & 24
#7-17 & 18
#8-17
#9-18
#10-12
#11-17
#12-18

I am not sure why #6 and #7 have different lengths. It may have been replace earlier with the wrong length. Should I go with the long side or the short side of those with different lengths?

Thanks for your help
Gordon
